2011 - Phineas and Ferb
Phineas & Ferb was the theme for this year. Roman was Phineas, Tristan as Ferb, Lillianne IS the brother-busting Candace, Jenn is Mom (Linda Flynn-Fletcher), and Troy is the Evil Dr. Heinz Doofensmirtz. We kept it simple, with some trips to pumpkin-patches, the Pumpkin Train, trick-or-treatin' in the complex, & a Halloween Party at the Clubhouse.
2010 - Toy Story 2
During our "Year of Disneyland", we skipped on Mickey's Trick-or-Treat Party. And with adults not being allowed in the gates in costume, Jenn & I had to be tricky with our costumes. Tristan was to be Woody & Roman was to be Buzz Lightyear. But come actual Halloween time, they switched. Lillianne was Jessie. Jenn took on Tour-Guide Barbie (they made her remove the hat at the gate, but she put it back on in the park). Troy's costume was overly simple, where he added his "Al" of Al's Toy Barn nametag once in the park.
2009 - Alice in Wonderland
This year we went with Alice in Wonderland. Mom made the boys TweedleDee & TweedleDum costumes. Lillianne was Alice, Mommy was the Queen of (my) Heart. And Daddy donned "The Hat". The highlight of the holiday was our first trip to Mickey's Trick-or-Treat Party. What a great time, Lillianne was even pulled from the audience to dance in the Parade.
2008 - The Princess & the Peas
For the boys' first Halloween, they became the Pea Pods. Lillianne wore her favorite Princess Dress. Mom & Dad dressed in white with signs "Ye Very Olde Matress" for Daddy, & "Ye Young Matress" for Mommy. After trick or treating in our complex, we went to Autie Torrey's for food, fun, & the neighborhood haunted House.
2007 - The Little Duckling
The next year, Lillianne was The Little Duckling. She got to go Trick-or-Treatin' with Tyr.
2006 - It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown
For Lillianne's first Halloween, Jenn made her a pumpkin. Troy shaved his face clean & donned the Charlie Brown shirt. Jenn took the football and became Lucy. We spent the evening at a house party in OB.
2005 - Captain Hook & Tinker Bell
 Captain Hook & Tinker Bell made way for Downtown San Diego & The Gaslamp District. We started at a house party overlooking the happenings on the street. After a while we headed down to a party at one of the Gaslamp's theatres.
2004 - Hercules & Megara
We were Hercules & Megara that year. We cruised up to Hollywood for a special Halloween screening of "Nightmare Before Christmas" at Disney's El Capitan Theater".
2003 - Pirates Ahoy
It was Pirates Ahoy this year, as we set sail for the high seas. This was a busy Halloween, the year of the big fire. We did the Brotherhood Halloween Party on The Star of India. The next night was quite a large house party.
